What extra curricular activities are you involved in?
I am involved in the school musicals, on the volleyball team, as a retreat leader, as NHS president, and in numerous clubs that CC provides.
What is one accomplishment you’re most proud of?
I am proudest of my effort in the CC musical productions. From starting out as a member of the chorus, I’ve grown to be the lead in my junior year musical. Last year our musical was “The Wizard of Oz,” so I decided to go out for Dorothy. I put in lots of effort to earn the part. Every night I was practicing my lines and songs with my brother before I left for our scheduled rehearsal. Every night was dedicated to perfecting our musical along with getting my homework done and studying for tests. Opening night came fast. All of the work I had put into this musical showed. The satisfaction of seeing all of my hard work pay off is my proudest accomplishment.
What is unique about Central Catholic?
Central Catholic is very unique in that we get to practice our faith at school. Very few high schoolers can say that they pray everyday before every class period. We can openly discuss our faith with one another. Not only is our display of faith unique to CC, so is our tight knit community. I know everyone that goes to CC. We are one big family.
What classes are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate about choir and my math classes. I’ve always loved singing and CC has an amazing program for us. I also love working to solve math problems and learning more.
